The ultimate shopping list for meal preppers
Meal prep is all about creating balanced, healthy meals but with so much nutritional information available, it can be tricky to know where to begin. It can become even more daunting when you're stood in the middle of a supermarket with an empty basket, so we're here to make life a little simpler!If you're new to meal prep or even a seasoned pro, we've pulled together the key items from each food group that can form the basis of dozens of vibrant, varied meals. Vegetables
Kale, spinach, brussel sprouts, asparagus, beetroot, tomatoes, squash, green beans, peppers, carrots, cauliflower, artichokes, peas, cabbage, cucumbers, celery, lettuce, mushrooms, radishes, onions.
Fruits
