Refund policy

Igluu Meal Prep will accept, for returns or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Please include your name and order number with your returned item. Please note, unwanted items are returned at your own expense.

Items must be returned with all Igluu original packaging. When we refer to "original condition," we mean:

• You have retained all original packaging and labels in good condition, and the product can be resold at full price.
• You have not used the product.
